Pre-Existing Tools: Summit Studio retains ownership of its internal tools, starter templates, component libraries, and architectural patterns that exist independently of any client project. Clients receive a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, modify, and maintain all delivered materials — including any pre-existing tools incorporated into their project. There is no lock-in: any developer can continue working on your project.
