HiveCycle: one platform for a pest control company, from the doorstep sale to the first service
Sales reps, the office, technicians, and homeowners each work in a different tool. HiveCycle puts them all on one record, starting at the moment a sale closes.

Where this stands
In active development. The first end-to-end path, from a rep closing a sale to a homeowner seeing a confirmed appointment, is being built now.
Reps close sales where the signal is bad. If a close made offline can quietly disappear, the business loses the customer and the rep loses the commission.
Discovery
When a close goes wrong, the fix has to land with a specific person, by a deadline, with a clear next step. A note nobody owns does not count.
Key Takeaway
The system has to be able to prove that the sale, the service promise, and the technician’s packet all agree, because each one used to live in a different tool.
What We Built
A Flutter app for reps closes sales offline and syncs them reliably. Submitting the same close twice still creates exactly one sale.
A single database transaction creates the customer, the property, the agreement, the service commitment, and the technician packet together. When something needs fixing, it becomes an exception with an owner and a deadline.
Separate apps for the office, technicians, and homeowners all read that same record. Card data never touches HiveCycle’s systems.
Looking Forward
After the first sale-to-service path ships, the next pieces are:
- Route planning for recurring service
- Billing and commissions
- Homeowner account management
Each one ships as its own working piece, not as one big launch.
